We have two headquarters — Greenville, SC and Charleston, WV — with the majority of our operations being in Greenville.
Vic Sprouse
When it comes to marketing and business management, Vic Sprouse has done it all.
A chemical engineer by trade, he worked in both the chemical production environment in Dow Chemical’s South Charleston Plant and as their public relations leader specializing in crisis communications including the Dow Intranet and the “Our Dow” television program.
Working for Union Carbide Corporation, Vic earned the company’s highest achievement, the UCC Chairman’s Award.
As a successful entrepreneur, Vic currently owns Sprouse Consulting which specializes in crisis communication, business work process improvement, strategic planning, and competitive marketing.
Vic’s other companies, Sprouse Fitness, LLC, and Sprouse Holdings, LLC, own and operate 11 fitness centers in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Vic applied the lessons he learned in the private sector to his work in the State Senate. Throughout his service in the Legislature, he was rated by the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce as one of the top senators in supporting and promoting job creation.
All these years in the legislature and private sector have given him the tools to be a darn good marketing expert.
William Stewart
After studying graphic design for several years, Will founded a graphic design company in 2000 where he grew into a versatile designer with extensive experience in all mediums and styles. He has designed for national campaigns and companies across the United States and consulted for many more. In August, 2008, he sold his company to Sprouse Consulting and merged their experiences together to form Left Brain, Right Brain.
Away from the office, he enjoys coaching a high school debate club, playing the guitar and performing, and wandering around South Carolina with a camera in tow. And some days he just wanders around trying to find his keys.
Brandon Hoover
Brandon is a self-proclaimed computer nerd who began coding web sites when he was 14 years old. He has spent the past ten years staying on top of all the newest technologies and expanding his knowledge of many programming languages.
By writing clean, secure code and optimizing pages for search engine readability, his web sites have consistently gained a high rank in search engines and have brought in droves of potential new customers. He believes that website creation should never be approached with a cookie cutter attitude. A website should be unique, just like the business it represents. He realizes that everyone has different expectations when it comes to their company web site, and no matter what you need out of your web site, he can program it to meet and exceed those needs.
